“Educational, cultural, and creative actions to raise awareness on Hazardous Waste Management among the young generation”

The global objective of this call for proposals is: to promote a more environmentally-conscious society by educating the young generation to favorable attitudes towards environmental and human health protection and, notably, towards the adoption of responsible waste management practices that positively impact environmental, social, and economic dimensions.
This Sub-Grant scheme contributes to the attainment of this overall goal by targeting Yerevan youth, to raise awareness and build a solid understanding of waste related issues in pupils and students that will be the grown citizens of tomorrow.
In current Sub-Grant scheme, the public primary schools (basic/main schools) and secondary schools (high schools) as well as to non-formal education centers located in Arabkir, Davtashen, Kentron, Nork-Marask, Nubarashen, Kanaker-Zeytun districts of Yerevan are eligible to participate.
