The Baseline Study on Hazardous Waste Management in Yerevan, Warsaw and Tirana was developed in four major parts with the following structure:

I. CONTEXT ANALYSIS IN THREE PARTNER CITIES

2. Overview EU and national legislation and strategic documents of Armenia, Poland and Albania
3. Institutional set up of entities responsible for HWM
4. Existing waste management systems
5. Methods and tools applied to inform and involve citizens in Hazardous Waste Management
6. Former, on-going and planned projects and initiatives on Hazardous Waste Management
7. Analysis of main critical elements in each Partner City
8. Conclusions and recommendation for hazardous waste management system in Three Partners Cities

II. VIENNA - MODEL CITY FOR BENCHMARK ANALYSIS

1. Overview of legislation and institutional responsibilities for WM in Austria and Vienna
2. Waste management system
3. Methods and tools applied to inform and involve citizens in WM and HWM
4. Benchmark analysis

III. KEY INDICATORS OF HWM EFFECTIVENESS AND QUALITY

IV SURVEY REPORT - Citizens' awareness and satisfaction investigated by surveying samples of inhabitants: Yerevan, Warsaw, Tirana
